Philosophy

My philosophy regarding optimum health is based upon a lifestyle programme which has to be learned and practiced on a daily basis. I do believe that the most overlooked tool in the medical arsenal is harnessing the body's ability to heal through nutritional experience and this the body can truly accomplish. We thus have to look at the Philosophy of Regeneration - cleanse the body on a daily basis, nourish the body on a daily basis and as a result of following this we will create balance within our bodies, which in turn will help ward off degenrative diseases etc.

The Western Diet that most people follow is the very diet that has detrimental side effects to our health. One cannot just ignore the long term impact of the typical Western diet on achieving optimum health.

We should regard this as a wake up call for all of us to make significant changes in our lives.

Thus, my mission statement for all those people out there, is to follow the Philosophy of Regeneration which will in time support you in staying healthy, being happy, clear headed and having lots of energy.

Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle Principles

  Principle 1:
Concentrated protein and starch, and fruit should be eaten separately.
 
  Principle 2:
Vegetables, salads and fruits should form the major part of your diet.
 
  Principle 3:
Proteins and starches should be eaten in moderation and correctly combined.
 
  Principle 4:
Choose Wholegrain and unprocessed foods.
 
  Principle 5:
Ideally 4 hours should lapse between meals of a different nature. Never drink with meals, drink 2 hours after, or half an hour before eating.
 
  Principle 6:
Do not overeat
 
  Principle 7:
Eat raw food before cooked food to prevent leucocytosis (white blood cell proliferation).
 
  Principle 8:
Get at least 20 minutes of sunshine daily.
 
  Principle 9:
Exercise regularly.
 
  Principle 10:
Maintain a positive mental attitude.
