A balanced programme

Below is a simplistic outline of the programme. For more detailed information read Health Seekers.

  Breakfast : Eat fruit only.
  Lunch : Choose either a protein or a starch meal.
  Supper : If you had protein for lunch, choose a starch meal, or vice versa.

Summary

  Eat 1 fruit meal per day
  Only have 1 protein meal per day
  Always eat raw food before cooked
  Snack on fresh and dried fruit (sulphur dioxide free)
  Combine foods correctly
  Never drink with your meals
  Include non-nutritive factors, eg. sleep, exercise, etc.
  Always have positive thoughts
